Ⅰ.Reservation Procedure

【Online Booking】

★E-mail is the better way to book for the foreigners who only speak English. After we receive your booking, we will reply you to confirm.

【Telephone Booking】

1. Calling 0928-618178, inform the information of ［Date of arrival& departure］、［Room type］、［Numer of people］and ［Name and phone number of contact person］.
2. Choose＂Package Tour Accommodation＂or＂Accommodation Only＂.
3. Once you have confirmed the reservation, please transfer the deposit(around 30% of the room rate) within 3 days, or else we may release the room without notice.

4. After you make the payment, kindly E-mail(or Line) the transfer confirmation receipt, your full name, contact number, and check-in date, then the room will be reserved for you. We will call back to check if we do not find the deposit.

★Telephone reservation time---From 09:00 am to 10:00 pm

Ⅲ.Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. The policy will follow the Standard Contract Terms of Taiwan Tourism Bureau.
2. No Cancellation & Refund applicable later your check-in date.
3. You may keep the deposit and postpone(within six months), or cancel the booking and get refund(we will charge NT$100 fee) if the ferry stop running due to typhoon.

Ⅳ.Notes

➹Check in after 3 PM / Check out before 11 AM.

➹You may leave your luggage(without personal valuables) at the front desk before check-in time or after check-out time.

➹No smoking and drinking alcohol heavily in the room.

➹In order to implement green activities to reduce the amount of rubbish on the island, please bring your own non-disposable cleaning supplies.

➹Please be sure to flush out the sand in the outdoor washing area, non-flushing in the bathroom to avoid blocking the water pipe.

➹We supply spin dryer and clothes drying field in the rear right of the hostel.

➹Please make sure the air conditioner and electricity equipment are turned off while going out.

➹Please keep the voice down after 10 PM.

➹Please cherish public property. You will pay the full price for anything damages or lost.
